All gift cards are final sale. For merchandise purchased with a gift card, the recipient will have 15 days from the delivery date (online orders) or purchase date (in-office) to return unopened and unused items for a full refund to your original form of payment. The recipient will have up to 30 days to request an exchange or store credit.
For merchandise purchased online, Retreat currently only ships within the United States. Shipping is free on orders over $65, otherwise, we charge a flat rate of $5. Duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
